This page explains what data apexrentcar.com collects, why it is needed and how you can control it.
What data we receive
- The name, phone, e-mail and comment you enter in a booking, request or call-back form, plus the chosen car, dates and delivery place.
- Your name, rating and text if you leave a review on the website.
- Anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics) and Google Ads measurement data via cookies.
Why
- So that a manager can contact you, confirm the booking and hand over the car.
- To see which pages and ads work and to improve the website.
Where it is stored and who receives it
- Requests and bookings are stored in a Supabase database (EU data centre) and are sent to the manager in Telegram.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties other than the services the website needs to run (Supabase, Google, Telegram).
- Driver documents are checked at handover and are never uploaded through the website.

- Analytics cookies can be switched off in your browser settings.
