A posting of a month or longer
Engineers, builders and reconstruction project staff are sent to Kharkiv for several weeks at a time. On the 26+ day rate the daily price roughly halves: the diesel VW Passat B8 is $25 instead of $55 and the Audi A6 C7 $40 instead of $75, with CASCO, servicing and a replacement car in case of a breakdown already included.

Kharkiv to Kyiv one way
You can collect the car in Kharkiv and return it in Kyiv: about 470 km along the M-03 via Poltava. Book at least 3 days — that gives a 900 km allowance; a return in Kyiv is free for premium and exclusive cars on the 26+ day rate, otherwise the manager confirms its cost. A comfort sedan such as the Toyota Camry is $70 a day with a $700 deposit.

Regional driving for companies and charities
Agricultural firms, energy crews and charitable foundations drive to Merefa, Zmiiv or Valky every day — 25–55 km each way, partly on broken roads. All-wheel drive makes sense here: the diesel VW Touareg is $75 a day and $33 on the 26+ day rate, the seven-seat Toyota Land Cruiser 200 $250 and $130.
City and parking
Kharkiv is laid out on a large scale: Nauky Avenue, Sumska Street and Heroiv Kharkova Avenue link the centre with the residential districts, and crossing from Saltivka to Kholodna Hora on a weekday easily takes 40–50 minutes. Around Freedom Square, Derzhprom and Shevchenko Garden there is plenty of room, while the streets of the historic centre are narrow, with tram tracks and cobbles on some stretches. We agree handover and return times with the manager, taking the curfew into account.
Leaving the city
Leaving the city: Pisochyn is 15 km away, Liubotyn and Merefa about 25 km each, Zmiiv 45 km, Valky 55 km, Berestyn (formerly Krasnohrad) about 95 km and Poltava 145 km along the M-03. Tell the manager about trips outside the city when you book: for some directions in the region they will check the route with you.

Yes, except in occupied territories and combat zones — that is written into the rental terms. Name your route when you book: for some directions the manager may ask for details. The allowance is 300 km a day pooled over the rental; unlimited mileage costs $40 for economy, $50 for comfort and $70 for business cars.
From $400 for a Toyota Corolla to $4,000 for the 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser 300; for business cars it is $600–2,000. The amount is held on your card at handover and released within 1–3 business days after the car comes back.

Our driver brings the car, the manager confirms the date and time when you book, and we complete the contract and photo inspection on the spot.
