Car rental with travel abroad
You can take the rental car to any European country. We prepare Green Card and power of attorney in 3–4 days, option costs $150 per trip, and we provide full European package.
Any European country: EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Moldova, Balkans, Turkey. Forbidden: Russia, Belarus, occupied territories.
Green Card, company’s notarised power of attorney, registration certificate. Driver’s passport and licence; for foreigners, in Latin script or IDP.
Green Card covers third-party liability in Europe. Full insurance (CASCO) applies abroad per contract terms, your liability limited to deposit.
Standard limit of 300 km per day remains. For long trips add unlimited mileage: from $40 per rental depending on class.
$150 per trip up to 30 days, for premium and exclusive class — $250. Price includes Green Card, notarised power of attorney and document preparation. Deposit standard.
Border crossing only via official checkpoints; the car cannot be handed to third parties. Inform the manager of any route changes.

Green Card for the entire period, notarised power of attorney for travel, registration certificate. All handed over with the car.

Car with European kit: first aid kit, fire extinguisher, vest, warning triangle. 24/7 support via messenger.
Questions about going abroad
Most fleet cars are allowed. Cross-border travel for certain exclusive models is agreed separately.

No, the car must be returned in Kyiv. One-way cross-border rentals are not offered.
The renter pays as incurred. We’ll advise where to buy a vignette for each country.
