Our fleet has 11 cars with 7 or 8 seats: nine SUVs — Mazda CX-9, two Audi Q7 (2016 and 2021), BMW X7, Mercedes GLS, Land Rover Discovery, Toyota Land Cruiser 200 and two Land Cruiser 300 (2020 and 2023) — plus two vans: the 8-seat Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer and the 7-seat Hyundai Staria 2022. The most affordable is the Mazda CX-9 at $65 a day on the 1-3 day rate and $35 a day on the 26+ day rate. Every car is automatic; a child seat and a second driver on the contract are free.

- Do I need a category D licence for the van?
- No. The 8-seat Vito Tourer and the 7-seat Staria are driven on a category B licence; both are diesel automatics.
- Is there luggage space for seven people?
- In seven-seat SUVs the third row eats into the boot, so for seven passengers with suitcases we recommend the Vito Tourer or the Staria. Mileage is 300 km per day pooled over the rental; unlimited mileage for these cars costs $70-150 per rental depending on class.
