Age from 20 years

Additional requirements may apply for certain premium-class cars.

Passport or ID card;
Driver's licence.
For foreign citizens — international passport and a driver's licence valid in Ukraine.

Minimum rental period is 1 day.
Payment is made before receiving the car.
Deposit depends on the chosen car and is refunded after inspection.

All cars are insured.
Liability depends on the car and insurance terms.
Insurance is void if the contract is breached, the driver is intoxicated, or the car is handed to another person.

You can collect or return the car at the office or your address in Kyiv free of charge.
Outside schedule 19:00–10:00 — $15 for delivery or return. In another city — $0.5 per km.
Up to 1 hour late — no extra charge, after that an additional day is charged. Car condition is recorded by photo and video.

Return with the same fuel level; refuelling — $2 per litre.
Normal dirt is acceptable.
Heavy soiling — $30, interior dry cleaning or smoking in the car — $100.

Standard limit — 300 km per day total for the rental period.
Over the limit — $0.15 per km for economy and comfort, $0.25 for business and SUV, $0.5 for premium.
Unlimited mileage — from $40 per rental depending on class.

A second driver is added free of charge. Only drivers listed in the contract may drive.
Trips within Ukraine are allowed except occupied territories and combat zones. Border crossing is by agreement.

Prohibited: handing the car to third parties, using it as a taxi, racing or off-road driving, driving under the influence, smoking inside.
In case of accident, damage or malfunction — notify Apex Rent Car immediately.
