Car delivery across Ukraine
We have a single office — Kharkivske Shose 188 in Kyiv — so every car leaves from there, and we have no pick-up points in other cities. Delivery and return are free across Kyiv and in Brovary, Irpin, Bucha, Boryspil and Bila Tserkva. For any other city we charge $0.5 per kilometre from Kyiv one way with a $50 minimum, and the manager confirms the exact amount when you book.

- How is delivery to another city calculated?
- We multiply the distance from Kyiv by $0.5 per kilometre one way: Zhytomyr 140 km is $70, Vinnytsia 270 km $135, Odesa 475 km $237.5, Lviv 540 km $270, Ivano-Frankivsk 600 km $300. The minimum delivery charge is $50.
- Do you have offices in other cities?
- No. Apex works from one office in Kyiv, Kharkivske Shose 188. There are no pick-up points, partners or agents elsewhere — our own driver brings the car from Kyiv.
- How much does it cost to return the car in another city?
- The return uses the same formula, $0.5 per km from Kyiv. If the car has to be both delivered and collected in another city, the manager calculates both trips at booking.
- When does long-distance delivery make sense?
- On longer rentals. Delivery to Lviv costs $270: on a three-day rental that nearly doubles the bill, while on 30 days of an economy car at the 26+ rate ($25 a day, $750 a month) it adds about a third.
