Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery. Dates can be changed anytime if the car is available.

From 20 years old with at least 2 years’ driving experience. For some premium and exclusive cars, age from 23–25 years; the manager will confirm when booking.

Yes. A foreign passport and a driver’s licence with Latin characters or an international driving permit (IDP) are required. Deposit and all terms are the same as for Ukrainian citizens.

Select a car in the catalogue, specify dates and delivery location, and leave your contact details. A manager will confirm your booking within 15 minutes during working hours and send details via messenger.

For most bookings, no: payment is on vehicle collection. For some cars, holidays, or long terms, the manager may request a small prepayment, which counts towards the price.

By Visa or Mastercard, cash on delivery, or bank transfer to the company’s account with or without VAT. Prices on the site are in dollars, with a switch for euros and hryvnias.

The deposit is blocked on your card or paid in cash on delivery. After returning the car undamaged, we release it within 1–3 working days.

Renter’s liability is limited to the deposit amount: if repairs cost more, insurance covers the difference. Insurance is void if driving under influence, handing car to third parties, or contract breach.

300 km per day total for the rental period. Over limit — $0.15 per km for economy and comfort, $0.25 for business and SUV, $0.5 for premium. Unlimited mileage — from $40 per rental depending on class.

Yes, free of charge. The second driver is added to the contract and must meet the same age and experience requirements.

Yes, except occupied territories and combat zones. For certain regions, the manager may ask you to inform them of your route.

Within Kyiv we deliver free to your address, the station, or the office at 188 Kharkivske Highway. To another Ukrainian city — $0.5 per km from Kyiv one way, minimum $50. Delivery outside schedule 19:00–10:00 — $15.

Child seat and second driver — free. Paid options: unlimited mileage, cross-border travel, delivery to another city, delivery outside schedule. All chosen at booking.

Refuelling — $2 per litre, heavy soiling — $30, interior dry cleaning or smoking — $100, exceeding mileage limit per class tariff, traffic fines plus $10 service fee. Each deduction confirmed by report and photo.

Up to 1 hour — no extra charge. Longer — notify manager: we will extend rental at your rate, each next day counts as additional.

The renter during the rental period. We send a copy of the fine via messenger; a $10 service fee applies per fine.
